Understanding Kitchen Costs
Dark kitchen costs are paid directly to the provider and follow standard UK terms: a 24-month contract, a three-month rent deposit, and a monthly fee of £2,500–£3,500+VAT depending on size and location, which typically covers rent, business rates, cleaning, pest control, WiFi, storage, and account management. If the kitchen isn’t pre-fitted, equipment usually adds around £5,000.
